Job Description

Key responsibilities for this role include leading cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance in financial projects, developing and managing comprehensive project plans to ensure timely task completion, and identifying potential risks with mitigation strategies. Candidates will also coordinate with departments for alignment, provide regular project status updates, ensure proper documentation for auditing, monitor changes, implement modifications, and partner with stakeholders to perform impact analysis, define requirements, and manage risks and issues within governance channels.Must Have:

Knowledge on Equity back office, must be familiar with products traded on Equity markets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience in project management or analysis within the finance industry, with a solid understanding of equity back office operations and familiarity with products traded in equity markets. They will possess strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, identify and mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with various departments to meet project objectives. Additionally, they will be proactive in providing regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive documentation, monitoring project progress, and adapting to changes, while being well-versed in governance channels for risk management. A PMP or Agile certification is preferred.
