Our client is a small bank offering various solutions for clients.

Job Description

  • Provide Level 2 technical support to employees.
  • Work on issues related to hardware, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
  • Assist in the management and administration of network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Administer user permissions on softwares.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in an IT support role, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or Powershell for automation.
  • Knowledge of information security.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
