The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to attorneys and staff, as well as supporting the firm's hardware and applications.

About Our Client

Our client is an AM Law 100 firm and this role will be located in their New York office.

The position is 5 days a week on site.

Job Description

  • Provide IT support to staff and attorneys.
  • Work with software, desktop applications, hardware, etc.
  • PC imaging and equipment setups.
  • Provide support for conference room set ups and video conference meetings.
  • Work with the firm's ticketing system to update and close out requests.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of IT experience.
  • Legal background is highly preferred!
  • Experience with video conferencing equipment, such as Crestron, Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of MS applications, Citrix, etc.
  • Experience with Windows and MAC servers.
