IT Support Specialist

• Provide support for and resolution of end-user IT problems for colleagues throughout the firm
• Lead and manage firm-wide software and hardware upgrades and roll outs, as well as other IT-related projects
• Assist with new user setup and office moves
• Research technology additions or enhancements to be implemented at the firm
• Work alongside senior IT team members to expand knowledge of systems and processes
