About Our Client

Our client is a technology company that specializes in CAD software and cutting room systems for industries such as fashion, automotive, and apparel that use materials like leather and textiles.

Job Description

  • Respond to customer service requests via phone and internet.
  • Troubleshoot any issues with the firm's software.
  • Log all service calls and activities into Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Escalate any issues and critical cases to Tier 2.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in IT support.
  • Bilingual - Spanish speaking is a must!
  • Experience with Windows 10.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
