Our client is a leading U.S. private equity firm that invests in market-leading North American companies.

Job Description

  • Provide support for end-user IT problems, tracking all interactions in the IT helpdesk system.
  • Manage and participate in firm-wide software and hardware upgrades.
  • Assist with IT projects including those in server infrastructure, networking, data security, email, remote access, etc.
  • Administer and support all iphone, ipad, and android mobile devices, corporate plans, and loaner devices.
  • Work alongside other IT support team members to manage the deployment and inventory tracking of all assets.
  • Provide IT support and troubleshooting for video conference rooms utilizing Zoom and Crestron.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in IT end user support.
  • Excellent "desk-side" IT skills.
  • Team player, self motivated, eager to learn.
  • Advanced Windows experience and experience with mobile hardware.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Experience with Remote Access / VPN Administration.
