Client is a growing company in the building and construction industry. They are based in Branchburg, New Jersey.
Job Description
The role of IT Support Specialist will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting all hardware and software related incidents
- Being a friendly face when providing insightful, hands-on advice for end users
- Configuring and setting up hardware and software for new and current users
- User training for new IT products
- Tracking and maintaining of IT inventory

The Successful Applicant
- 1+ years of experience in IT Support
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory
- Strong experience with customer service and/or end user support
