Job Description

  • Provide Level 1-2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot issues with Windows/macOS, Office 365, VPN, printers, and network connectivity.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Address technical inquiries and document resolutions accurately.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
  • Support new employee onboarding with hardware and software setup.
  • Ensure compliance with company technology policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.

A successful IT Support Technician should have:
