Job Description

  • Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Respond promptly to support tickets and resolve technical problems effectively.
  • Assist in hardware setup, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to implement system upgrades and updates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on utilizing technology tools and software.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Support Technician should have:

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and MacOS.
