About Our Client
Our client is a national haircare and skincare brand, with origins in Italy.
Job Description
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on the spot and provide hands-on technical support to users.
- Configure and setup both hardware and software for new and current users.
- Maintain, configure and update company IT equipment.
- User training for new and/or update IT products.
- Track and maintain IT inventories.
- Support in the implementation and optimization of different information systems
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal information systems and services
- Key contact for external local IT suppliers
- Quality monitoring and analysis.
- Other Ad-hoc assignments as requested

The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of IT support / Help Desk experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills.
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong flexible, precise, and productive attitude.
- Knowledge of the Italian language is a plus.
