Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will play a critical role supporting the Senior Project Manager and regional leadership to independently run day-to-day project activities.
You will:

  • Manage multiple commercial and public-sector JOC projects from initiation through closeout
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations
  • Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement processes
  • Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and local stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to growth in the Austin market

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager, we are seeking:

  • Early-career experience as a Project Manager, Associate PM, or similar
  • Background in commercial construction with job order contracting (JOC) strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to run projects independently with a "hands-on, in the weeds" operating style
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with field teams and senior leadership
  • Local market knowledge and existing Austin relationships are a strong advantage
