Job Description

  • Analyze project requirements and prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Research materials, labor, and equipment costs to determine project budgets.
  • Assist in preparing bid proposals and reviewing project contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and project documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and availability information.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize project budgets.
  • Support the team in meeting project deadlines and objectives.

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost estimation.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
