Junior Fixed Income Analyst (Lock Desk Analyst)

* Processes incoming rate locks, extension and reprice requests in EPPS and LoanNex pricing engine. Responsible to oversee and notify management of escalated pricing and lock request.
* Ensure daily pricing and margins are accurate and that all consumer loans locked on Encompass, also update buy side and sell side pricing on secondary registration on Encompass.
* Review, verify, and provide price quotes for Agency, Jumbo, Non-QM and commercial loans.
* Verify investor and product eligibility before confirming interest rate with consumer in a timely manner.
* Produce daily salable and portfolio products rate sheet, and distribute it to the organization, verify the accuracy of the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS)
* Verify and obtain approval for any branch/corporate concession on the rate locks with Upper Management
* Confirm the impact on historical and worst-case pricing upon any chance of circumstances on the consumer level.
* Manage time lines for rate lock expiration's and extensions to be up to date with the pipeline.
* Comply with all department and company rate lock policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Produce daily Loans Pending Sale report for management's review.
* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained.
* Assist in evaluating Fair Market Value of Interest Rate lock Commitments
