Job Description

  • Assist in the inspection and testing of automotive components to ensure they meet internal and customer quality standards
  • Support the development and implementation of quality procedures and documentation, including control plans and work instructions
  • Collaborate with production teams to investigate and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes
  • Participate in internal audits and help prepare reports for customer and regulatory audits
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in the implementation of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and APQP

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field (or in progress/final year students considered)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
