Job Description

Assist in the inspection and testing of automotive components to ensure they meet internal and customer quality standards
Support the development and implementation of quality procedures and documentation, including control plans and work instructions
Collaborate with production teams to investigate and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes
Participate in internal audits and help prepare reports for customer and regulatory audits
Collect and analyze data to monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement
Assist in the implementation of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and APQP

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field (or in progress/final year students considered)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
