This is an opportunity to join a respected builder with a legacy of consistent performance.Job DescriptionAs the Superintendent, you will provide full on‑site leadership from project kickoff through completion, reporting directly to the Project Leadership team. You will be responsible for driving site operations, ensuring trade coordination, and maintaining schedule, quality, and safety expectations.Lead and reinforce safe construction practices, coaching trade partnersMaintain strict quality standards and address subcontractor deficienciesDevelop, manage, and track the construction schedule and critical pathFacilitate coordination among subcontractors and vendorsWork closely with owners and design partners to resolve issues and unforeseen conditionsReview drawings, specifications, and material submittalsProduce daily progress logs and weekly schedule updatesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
