The candidate will be responsible for all onsite activities of a construction project ranging from start-up to punch-out, including:Coaching subcontractors on safe construction practicesQuality control, ensuring all subcontractor deficiencies are correctedMaintaining the project schedule and establishing the critical path for subs and vendorsFacilitating and encouraging subcontractor coordinationWorking with design team and owner to overcome challenges / unforeseen conditionsReviewing all drawings, specifications and submittalsDaily progress reports and weekly schedule updatesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
