Job Description

  • Play a cross functional role between customer success and customer support (leaving a lot of upward mobility within the organization)
  • Manage mid market tier accounts and long term client relationships
  • Work closely with the sales team to manage renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Work closely with clients to ensure product satisfaction, retention and renewal
  • Work through any key issues with your clients
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients
  • Identify and manage high risk clients to minimize churn
  • Actively stay up to date on market and industry trends
  • Utilize the CRM system to manage client relationships and data
  • Work closely with your manager to relay client feedback, concerns, etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of prior customer success, customer support, sales or account management experience
  • SaaS experience is a plus but not required (if you have a customer support / customer success background from a different industry and are interested in getting into SaaS this role could be for you!)
  • Experience in a client facing role - managing customer relationships in a goal oriented environment
  • Start up experience / entrepreneurial spirit
  • Customer oriented skill set and a desire to deliver your clients a best in class solution
  • Experience managing complex value based client relationships
