Description
- Play a cross functional role between customer success and customer support (leaving a lot of upward mobility within the organization)
- Manage mid market tier accounts and long term client relationships
- Work closely with the sales team to manage renewals and expansion opportunities
- Work closely with clients to ensure product satisfaction, retention and renewal
- Work through any key issues with your clients
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients
- Identify and manage high risk clients to minimize churn
- Actively stay up to date on market and industry trends
- Utilize the CRM system to manage client relationships and data
- Work closely with your manager to relay client feedback, concerns, etc.
The Successful Applicant
- 1-3 years of prior customer success, customer support, sales or account management experience
- SaaS experience is a plus but not required (if you have a customer support / customer success background from a different industry and are interested in getting into SaaS this role could be for you!)
- Experience in a client facing role - managing customer relationships in a goal oriented environment
- Start up experience / entrepreneurial spirit
- Customer oriented skill set and a desire to deliver your clients a best in class solution
- Experience managing complex value based client relationships
