About Our Client

The client is an early stage CRO who was just named on of Global Mice Model Market's 2022 top key players. In order to help clients from target identification through preclinical development, we have expanded upon our foundation of laboratory animal medicine and science to build a diverse spectrum of discovery and safety assessment services, both Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and non-GLP. The business also offers a range of goods and services to help with manufacturing and clinical laboratory testing requirements for its customers. Our clients can construct a more adaptable drug development model using this wide range of products and services, which lowers costs, improves productivity, and hastens time to market.

Job Description

* Create and put into action a sales strategy that emphasizes Biologics Testing Solutions' goods and services at all of the client's locations. This will have both a broad strategy plan and specific tactical plans.

* Create and implement a communication strategy (internally and externally) to ensure that all stakeholders within the client and the business who have accountability are aware of all ongoing actions.

* Establish solid connections with clients at all levels, including the upper executive levels of sizable target accounts, with a focus on the strategic nature of the connections.

* Create and implement executive and other committees made up of important client and company staff members to manage issue escalation, track client and company key metrics, develop training programs, and pinpoint development opportunities as necessary.

* Responsible for creating sales predictions (estimates) for designated accounts.

* Produce and keep up a complete analysis of the customer(s), including internal strategic efforts, organizational structure, key executive profiles, R & D focus, and important therapeutic initiatives.

* Gain a thorough awareness of the demands, buying habits, and decision-making process of the client and suggest innovative ideas, techniques, and steps to match their expectations.

* Produce progress reports on a weekly and quarterly basis as necessary to give the business management team access to specific strategies in place to accomplish desired outcomes.

* Take the helm of efforts to advance the efficacy and efficiency of the Global Accounts process, such as using team sites and other Office 365 tools anApply today for immediate consideration

The Successful Applicant

* Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in Life Sciences or related discipline. Master's of Business Administration (MBA) or life science preferred.

* Experience: 10+ years selling both products and services to the pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare provider sectors required; biopharma R&D experience preferred. Five years experience selling at a National Accounts or senior level preferred.

* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above
