Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct customer onboarding and KYC document reviews.
  2. Perform due diligence to ensure compliance with BSA, FATCA, and AML regulations.
  3. Validate constitutional documents, tax forms, and ownership structures.
  4. Analyze and escalate name and transaction screening hits.
  5. Maintain local compliance checklists, policies, and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  1. Experience in customer onboarding, KYC, and due diligence processes.
  2. Knowledge of BSA, FATCA, AML, and other regulatory compliance standards.
  3. Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and screening analysis.
  4. Proficiency in reviewing and validating documentation such as tax forms and ownership structures.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  7. Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) in Midtown New York City.
