We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent or Superintendent to lead field operations on $100M+ ground‑up hospitality, mixed‑use, and multifamily (non‑wood frame) projects. This role will drive field execution, ensure seamless coordination across trades, and maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and delivery.

Our client is a highly respected commercial GC with more than 60 years of experience delivering complex ground‑up builds across the hospitality, mixed‑use, multifamily (non‑wood frame), office, institutional, and large public sectors. Known for quality, schedule reliability, and a collaborative approach, the team leverages advanced construction technology and deep preconstruction expertise to execute large projects successfully.

Job Description

  • Lead all field operations for large‑scale ground‑up hospitality, mixed‑use, or multifamily (concrete/steel) projects.
  • Build and manage detailed master schedules and weekly look‑ahead plans.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, logistics, site sequencing, and crane/mobilization planning.
  • Ensure strict safety compliance and champion best‑in‑class safety culture.
  • Oversee quality control, structural work, MEP/FS integration, and high‑end finishes typical of hospitality and mixed‑use environments.
  • Conduct daily reports, site documentation, and progress tracking with the PM team.
  • Work closely with owners, design teams, and local authorities to maintain project momentum.
  • Manage turnover, punch lists, and final closeout.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10+ years of Superintendent experience on large, complex ground‑up commercial projects.
  • Strong background in hospitality, mixed‑use, or multifamily non‑wood‑frame (concrete, steel podium, tower) construction.
  • Demonstrated success delivering $100M+ projects or similarly complex scopes.
  • Deep understanding of structural systems, MEP trades, sequencing, and high‑rise logistics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Experience with construction technology tools (Procore, PlanGrid/Bluebeam, scheduling software).
  • A safety‑focused mindset supported by experience on teams recognized for safety excellence
