Their work spans institutional, civic, cultural, healthcare, higher-ed, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities of a Lead Scheduler | Healthcare & Higher Education Projects | Houston or Austin, TXDevelop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather schedule input and progress updates.Track project milestones, critical path, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.Identify scheduling risks, delays, and potential conflicts, and propose mitigation strategies.Produce schedule reports and communicate updates clearly to leadership, clients, and project teams.Ensure schedules align with contracts, budgets, and project scope.Support bid/proposal efforts with schedule development and resource planning.Conduct regular schedule reviews, audits, and recovery planning when delays occur.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
