They offer a mix of complex project work, a strong national support network, a people focused culture, and a modern Medford office environment complete with shared work areas and team centric gathering spaces.Job DescriptionPartner with design teams, project managers, and preconstruction leaders to understand workload, project goals, and estimating requirementsLead and develop estimates for life science, advanced technology, manufacturing, R&D, cleanroom, and related project typesCoordinate estimating resources, assign tasks, and guide assistant or supporting estimatorsPerform front end planning, conceptual estimating, and strategy development for early phase workReview drawings, specifications, and engineering deliverables to ensure accurate scope alignmentPrepare, review, and finalize estimate packages for client submissionMaintain ongoing communication with contractors, subcontractor networks, and industry partnersProvide market intelligence on pricing trends, engineering requirements, and mechanical, electrical, and process driven scopesSupport project teams throughout preconstruction with technical insight and estimating leadershipMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
