Their commitment to excellence, relationships, and continuous improvement sets them apart as a premier builder in the region.Job DescriptionReview project designs to assess constructability and develop practical solutions that enhance value and efficiency.Provide technical guidance and support to operations teams across multiple projects simultaneously.Apply mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering and application expertise, along with strong cost engineering skills, to develop conceptual cost estimates and identify opportunities for improvement.Mentor and instruct a team of operational and design professionals during both operational and design development processes.Provide In-House Training for MEP/FP systems to provide tools for the Associates to better manage their trade partnersSupport company initiatives and objectives for processes and policies as they relate to the MEP/FP Department.
