Job Description

  • Evaluate project designs for constructability and recommend practical, cost‑effective improvements
  • Serve as a technical resource for multiple project teams across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
  • Develop conceptual cost estimates and identify opportunities for value and efficiency
  • Mentor and guide both operational staff and design teams
  • Lead internal training sessions to enhance MEP/FP knowledge across the organization
  • Support company initiatives and standards related to quality and MEP/FP processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, with strong proficiency in plumbing and fire protection
  • Ability to assess design, constructability, and value engineering considerations simultaneously
  • Comfortable developing conceptual cost metrics
  • Strong communicator who can clearly explain system approaches and recommendations
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving ability
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Atlanta or Charlotte
