Job Description
The Lead Project Manager - Public Projects will be responsible for:
- leading 1-2 projects at a given time
- looking after in the preparation of RFP/bid packages and other project compliance
- participating in and attending staff meetings
- serving as the primary point of contact for the business between architects, the client, and trades
- reporting to a Project Executive

The Successful Applicant
The right Lead Project Manager - Public Projects will have:
- 8+ years of experience in construction (full-time)
- project experience with ground-up work over $10 million
- a Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field (preferred)
- an eagerness to learn
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
