Oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, schedule management and quality control on all projects within the multifamily space. In this role you will provide guidance and leadership to team of assistant project managers and assistant superintendents and work alongside the Project Management team.

Our client is an established multifamily developer and builder that is known for bringing together some of the most exciting luxury garden style projects to date. They have a large pipeline of work and are looking to bring on an experienced Senior Superintendent who can help them in successfully manage these projects from start to completion while meeting the schedule deadlines. They invest in their employees and promote from within.

Job Description

  • Responsibility as the Project Senior Superintendent include:
    • Overall job site safety
    • Quality assurance and quality control
    • Project planning
    • Document control
    • Cost management
    • Mentorship to onsite staff
    • Creating 3-6 week look ahead
    • OAC Meetings

The Successful Applicant

  • BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred
  • Experience leading ground up garden style multifamily projects is required
  • Experience with ground up podium style multifamily projects is preferred
  • Experience running projects over $50M
  • Min 5 years of experience within the construction industry
  • Have a proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites
  • A great positive attitude and strong management ability
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills is required
  • Proficient in Procore and Microsoft platforms is required
  • OSHA 10 is required
