Job Description

  • Lead large manufacturing projects from kickoff through turnover, with full ownership of cost, schedule, and quality
  • Oversee field operations and collaborate closely with Superintendents on execution strategy
  • Drive design‑build coordination, ensuring seamless alignment between design intent and constructibility
  • Manage complex MEP, process utility, equipment integration, and infrastructure scopes
  • Run OAC meetings, maintain strong communication, and build trust with clients and design partners
  • Oversee subcontractor buyout, contracting, performance, and coordination
  • Lead forecasting, cost controls, change management, and progress tracking
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across highly technical manufacturing environments
  • Develop team members through mentorship, leadership, and consistent communication
  • Partner with executive leadership on risk management, staffing, and project strategy

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8+ years experience delivering ground‑up data center or mission‑critical projects, ideally $50M+
  • Strong background with large, complex commercial construction programmes
  • Demonstrated expertise in MEP coordination, scheduling, and field execution
  • A safety‑first mindset with a track record of leading high‑performing site teams
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working in client‑facing environments
  • Experience working for a top‑tier general contractor on fast‑paced, high‑visibility projects
  • Proficiency with construction management software and digital field tools
