Lead Superintendent - Commercial

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from site preparation to final walkthrough.
• Manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports and as-built drawings.
