Lead Superintendent - Data Center Construction

• Oversee all aspects of data center construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor site safety and compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly.
• Resolve any on-site issues to minimize project delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
