Lead Superintendent - Data Center Construction

• Manage all phases of data center construction projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to meet project goals.
• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor budgets and schedules, addressing potential risks or delays proactively.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to achieve project objectives.
