Job Description



  • Lead all field operations for a $40M healthcare project from ground-up through closeout.


  • Coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and quality goals.


  • Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with healthcare construction standards.


  • Oversee daily site activities, conduct progress meetings, and manage project documentation.


  • Collaborate closely with Project Management, Owners, and Design Teams to resolve issues proactively.


  • Ensure all construction meets AHCA and healthcare-specific code requirements.

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent capacity on large commercial or healthcare projects.


  • Proven success managing ground-up healthcare builds valued at $30M-$50M.


  • Deep understanding of hospital construction requirements, including infection control and AHCA compliance.


  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate field teams.


  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools and reporting software.
