Job Description

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel.
  • Ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project flow.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
  • Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively to minimize delays.
  • Maintain detailed daily reports and documentation of progress.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear communication.
