Lead Superintendent - Industrial - South-east Travel

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial construction projects from start to finish.
• Supervise and manage on-site construction teams to ensure safety and productivity.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any on-site challenges.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
