Job Description

  • Serve as the Lead Superintendent for a new $12M / 32‑unit luxury condominium project in East Boston.
  • Oversee daily field operations, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and safety compliance.
  • Ensure top‑tier quality control and timely delivery of all project milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with ownership, project managers, and stakeholders throughout construction.
  • Maintain daily reporting, documentation, and communication with internal and external teams.
  • Lead from the front-hands‑on when necessary while maintaining full operational oversight.
  • Represent the builder professionally with clients, inspectors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Uphold site safety standards and ensure all work complies with local and state regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent - Multifamily should have:

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience, including Lead/Head Superintendent responsibilities.
  • Strong background in multifamily construction, ideally high‑end or luxury residential.
  • Experience running ground‑up projects of similar size/scope.
  • OSHA certification required; CSL and project management coursework/certifications strongly preferred.
  • Strong communicator with excellent organization, leadership, and field‑coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage complex schedules, subcontractor teams, and finish‑driven deliverables.
  • Must be within 1.5 hours of Boston project sites.
  • Tech comfort: familiarity with PM tools (Procore or similar) is helpful; willingness to learn required.
