Job Description

  • Lead daily site operations for Class A multifamily projects with high-end amenities
  • Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across all phases of construction
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams for efficient execution
  • Use Procore to manage RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and project documentation
  • Report to the VP of Operations or Director of Construction and collaborate with PMs
