Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Denver

• Supervise all stages of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate all site construction activities and supervise all field personnel.
• Manage project schedule, identifying and resolving issues that could impact timeline.
• Conduct quality control inspections and safety checks on site.
• Lead project meetings, providing updates on progress, budget, and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other industry standards.
