Job Description
As the Lead Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
- Running each of the trades on site and ensuring the project schedule stays on track
- Coordinating materials and logistics for the site
- Quality control on each of the trades
- Providing reports to the project management team on project progression, costs, changes and any problems
- Working with local municipalities for inspections and code regulations
- Walking owners through the job site
- Using ProCore to update the project information
- Mentoring your Assistants

The Successful Applicant
To be considered, you must have the following:
- Experience as a Lead Superintendent building ground up Multifamily projects in excess of $25M
- Ability to use ProCore
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel across the southeast
