We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent with a strong background in Multifamily Podium projects to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of our Denver-based projects. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem solver who can effectively manage on-site construction teams to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
  • Backlog of projects kicking off April, Q2, Q3, Q4 2025.
  • Strong local Denver GC.

Job Description

  • Oversee and direct on-site construction teams for Denver-based projects.
  • Ensure quality control and safety measures are met to company standards.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays.
  • Participate in project planning and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit project reports as required.
