Lead Superintendent

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Manage on-site construction teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain construction schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
