Job Description

As the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following.

  • Directly responsible for managing all construction activities associated with the commercial construction project
  • Bringing the project to completion on schedule, within budget
  • Enforce all safety policies
  • Work closely with the project management team
  • Direct oversight of on-site subcontractors

The Successful Applicant

The successful Construction Superintendent (Commercial) will have:

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent
  • 7+ years in Commercial ground up construction preferred
  • Ground-up construction experience required* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • OSHA Certified
  • Experience working on projects valued at $30M or more
