Job Description

As the Lead Superintendent, you will own day‑to‑day field operations while partnering with the Project Manager and overseeing Assistant Superintendents.
You will:

  • Lead construction activities for ground‑up projects valued between $20M-$50M+.
  • Oversee scheduling, safety, quality control, and subcontractor performance.
  • Use Procore and MS Project to manage workflow and project milestones.
  • Guide and mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
  • Coordinate inspections and site logistics, especially in dense urban settings.
  • Ensure on‑time delivery and maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
  • Act as a primary on‑site representative to project partners and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

For the Lead Superintendent we are seeking:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent.
  • Strong wood‑frame construction background; affordable housing experience a plus.
  • Experience with mid‑rise or high‑rise projects in downtown or urban environments.
  • Proficiency in Procore and MS Project.
  • Proven track record leading teams and developing Assistant Superintendents.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
