Lead Superintendent

• Supervise and lead a team of construction workers on various projects.
• Ensure all safety and compliance measures are met at the construction site.
• Coordinate and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review and analyze construction blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Resolve any arising construction problems and issues.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and within budget.
• Provide constructive feedback to the team and promote a positive working environment.
