Their culture is grounded in quality, safety, and investing in the long‑term growth of their people.Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Lead Superintendent, reporting to the General Superintendent, you will oversee field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Lead and mentor field teams including Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and craft laborManage all site activities, subcontractor coordination, and progress meetingsDrive safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirementsUtilize Procore, MS Project, and/or Primavera P6 to manage documentation and critical path schedulesOversee all phases from site mobilization, shoring, and mass concrete work through podium structures, dry‑in, and final Certificate of OccupancyImplement QA/QC plans and ensure timely inspectionsPartner closely with owners, architects, and trade partners to maintain alignment and project momentumMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
