Job Description

As the Lead Superintendent, you will lead field operations and drive onsite delivery for ground‑up multifamily projects while working closely with project leadership.

  • Oversee all daily site operations for 70-80 unit, mid‑rise multifamily developments
  • Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and coordination
  • Maintain and update project schedules using MS Project (or comparable scheduling software such as P6)
  • Enforce safety standards, quality control, and compliance measures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and trade partners
  • Drive punch list, commissioning, and project closeout
  • Mentor field staff and uphold positive site culture

The Successful Applicant

For the Lead Superintendent we are seeking:

  • Experience delivering ground‑up multifamily or comparable commercial projects valued $20M-$40M
  • Stable tenure with reputable local or regional general contractors
  • Strong proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project preferred; P6 acceptable)
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management tools
  • Strong communication, leadership, and subcontractor coordination skills
  • Construction-related degree preferred, but not required for seasoned superintendents
