Job Description

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain timelines and project goals.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented where necessary.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and address any project-related concerns promptly.
  • Train and mentor on-site team members to foster professional development and enhance team performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving on-site construction challenges.
