We're hiring a Lead Superintendent to oversee field operations for new K-12 construction projects ranging from $30M to $40M in Broward and Palm Beach counties. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage all on-site activities from mobilization through final inspection.

Job Description

  • Manage all daily field operations for large-scale K-12 projects ($30M-$40M)
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and safety protocols
  • Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
  • Conduct inspections and walk-throughs with school boards, A/Es, and inspectors
  • Lead site meetings and communicate clearly with project managers and stakeholders
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and maintain detailed field documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and foster collaboration on-site.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical proficiency with construction management software and tools.
