Job Description

Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to meet project goals.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and construction regulations.
Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
Address and resolve any construction-related issues promptly.
Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
Mentor and guide on-site construction teams to achieve optimal performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:
