Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to upper management.
  • Resolve any construction issues or delays promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
