Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
  • Maintain safety compliance and enforce site protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Solve problems proactively and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial ground-up construction.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (projects are nationwide).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
