Job Description

  • Build and execute the organization's multi‑year continuous improvement roadmap, including leading a cross‑functional governance group.
  • Design and deliver training and mentorship programs to upskill process owners in CI tools and methodologies.
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and kaizen initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen operational best practices.
  • Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies that boost customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate value stream mapping sessions, analyze complex data sets, and drive future‑state process planning.
  • Own the development of the CI curriculum for onboarding and ongoing employee training.
  • Track and report improvement activities and results to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless implementation and sustainment of CI initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, quality, or continuous improvement.
  • Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and kaizen methodologies.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Quality or engineering certifications (ASQ CQE/CRE/CQM/CQA) preferred.
  • Demonstrated success improving quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Skilled in root cause analysis and risk tools such as FMEA and FTA.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to lead multiple projects independently.
